The Minnesota Chapter Presents

"How to be creative in a down economy!"
featuring
Glenn Karwoski, Founder and Managing Director
of The Business of Ideas

Maintaining a creative edge and focusing on innovation during turbulent economic times is a challenge faced by all companies and organizations. This challenge is no less relevant in the world of real estate and land economics. How do you find ways to more effectively leverage employees and company resources? How do you work "smarter" with your suppliers and industry partners? How do you become more innovative in delivering your services? For Glenn Karwoski the challenge is to determine "what's the next big idea?"

Glenn Karwoski has spent much of his career studying and teaching others about the creative process and has recently launched a new company to teach creativity and innovation to the corporate world. He is the founder and managing director of The Business of Ideas, an innovation and creativity consultancy based in Minneapolis. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business where he teaches classes related to creativity and innovation for business. He also teaches in the University 's entrepreneurship program with a focus on creativity and change in the workplace. He has a wide range of clients including Target Corporation, Pfizer Animal Health, Marvin Windows and Doors, Securian Financial and General Mills.

Come join us at the Lambda Alpha annual chapter meeting where Glenn will share his thoughts on the challenges of maintaining a creative edge, even when times are tough!

You won’t want to miss this unique program. Bring a guest!
